The Institute for Data Intensive Science and Engineering (IDIES, JHU Bloomberg Building) is pioneering a new field called ‘Citizen Social Science’ through the development of an online research tool with strong social-media dimension. Summer projects are available to students seeking experience in a start-up-like environment with planned launch at the end of the summer.
